Dr. Alan Dulin is a board-certified surgeon with many years of experience performing FTM Top Surgery in the Dallas area.
Dr. Dulin performs several different methods of Top Surgery: the popular Double Incision method (with free nipple grafts); Double Incision plus Liposuction of extra lateral chest tissue (to reduce the chance of "dog ears"); and Keyhole or Peri-areolar Top Surgery.
No Drains! Pioneering a new approach to Top Surgery, Dr. Dulin and the surgeons at the American Institute for Plastic Surgery developed a new Top Surgery technique that eliminates the need for surgical drains after surgery. Patients have had great results with this technique and haven't had to experience the discomfort of post-op drains.

Surgery Pricing: Starting at $6750. (Exact pricing can only be determined following an in-person consultation.) Cash, all credit cards, and cashier's check are accepted. Medical financing via CareCredit is also accepted. Dr. Dulin accepts insurance from BCBS and United Healthcare. Lateral chest liposuction is an additional fee of $750-850 if using insurance. Dr. Dulin does not accept Medicaid or Medicare.
Surgery Requirements:
- Two letters: One from licensed therapist and if on HRT, one from physician who monitors hormones.
